Shipping policy

LOCAL PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pick up at our shop sobe-5a Nikokreontos street,1066 Nicosia.

After placing your order and selecting pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day.

We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pick up please call the shop to make arrangements.

 

CYPRUS

Orders are sent to Cyprus addresses via acs couriers for €4, free for orders over €40.

Processing time is 1-2 business days and delivery is within 1-3 business days. 

If you want to receive your order sooner you can call us to arrange shipping to your nearest ACS office which is normally same day or next day.

Please bare in mind that delays might occur for reasons out of our control.

ACS might ask for an additional €10 to deliver to remote areas. We cannot know this in advance. When ACS tells us that your address falls into this category we call you and make arrangements for your order to be delivered to the ACS office of your choice.

 

INTERNATIONAL

We offer flat rate shipping.

At the moment we only offer Registered Mail shipping through the post office.

Depending on the destination shipping usually takes 10-22 days but it can take longer for reasons out of our control.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We (sobe) are not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

 

RETURNS

We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from sobe we accept returns and offer refund (excluding shipping costs). Please read our refund policy for details.
